Damn fine job! We did a Freiendsgiving every year at our apt. The struggle is REAL. Needing to improvise is KEY, my wife accidentally tried to take the stuffing out of the oven, but forgot her mitts. Idk if you'd like it but I use canned coconut milk + vegan butter when making mashed potatoes and that shit is good af. Lots of seasonings and roasted garlic. IMO u cannot taste any coconut. I've fed it to multiple people who are normally dairy consumers, they agreed
