Ahhhh thank you. I try to stay as calm as possible working with tons of people and teams. The reason for that is because if i were to bring stress, chaos, and anger into my meetings it wouldn’t make the work get done any better. That energy would just transfer over to my teams and departments. Nothing good comes from putting that type of energy onto your team.

Ahhhh thank you!!! So happy you loved the video. I’m excited for your big venture-going to be amazing! Leadership took me time to develop and you can always always always improve! The biggest thing I’ve learned is not to micromanage…guide your team and hand it off for them to take it on. They are going to make little mistakes here and there. As long as you show them what they could do better the next time-it’s easier and less stressful because you’re not breaking down their neck lol. I would probably make a ton of mistakes if my boss was watching my every move.😅
