Then in the wintertime I need rotator cuff surgery fml lol. But like you said I'll be able to lift again one day. Congrats on healing up dude this shit is not easy.

I'm also a boxer lol I have 6 screws in my neck along with a titanium disc. Same thing in my back but 2 screws. I don't think I'll fight again, but I'm 32 and wasn't competing much before surgery do to injury. Two years away from the ring has healed my hands though haha

@@paulcharpentier5613 holy shit dude screws all over the place, that is fucking rough! Yea I'm 33 and was training to compete then my shoulder got torn out 3 years ago. Had no insurance until last year so now I'm trying to fix myself slowly but surely lol. I'm a righty naturally but ended up doing southpaw because of the injury. Wasn't too bad actually. Also i kept gloves off and only had hand wraps on. My knuckles took a beating but shoulder felt a lot better without added weight of the glove. Sounds ridiculous but if you hit a bag again try just the wraps or I even had one glove on left hand for those heavier punches and hand wrap on right hand for more speed. I looked absolutely ridiculous at the gym lmao. But it got me sparring again before this surgery so I was happy. So if there's any weird ways of training that work for you just do it dude lol.
