He got played by two manipulative females. You could never go to a job interview dressed like that. Wedding, funeral, certain churches, schools, etc. Come on there’s standards in certain places to show respect. She came in hard with a chip on her shoulder. Doesn’t mean a person is judge-mental if they comment on how she is dressed in a court house. Otherwise, if that’s the case then next time she can be naked at his court house. I’m sure if you had kids you would never let them go to a court house dressed like that. Ask yourself why that is? This judge even told this girl “you got a chip on your shoulder.” Sure she has been hurt somewhere along the line. I wouldn’t want my daughter bringing negative attention to herself if this was my kid. There’s laws and regulations you have to follow. This judge is awesome but he really lets some people off too easy (aside from her clothing). Even God disciplines His children. These girls didn’t learn anything here. Except knowing how to manipulate a nice judge. I also do not believe for a second her friend doesn’t speak English. He got played, plain and simple. I really appreciate Judge Caprio's demeanor and attitude. He is always _very_ fair and gives people breaks even when sometimes they may not deserve it. In this particular case though, I have to disagree with his assessment of the girl acting as the translator when he said that she comes across as having a bad attitude but she really doesn't. He recognizes that she _doesn't_ have a bad attitude, yet told her that she comes off that way. After watching her, she was mostly just smiling and laughing *along with the judge.* He was also acting in a jovial manor, so I don't know why he would think she is coming off as having a bad attitude. I thought she was very respectful, not wanting to escalate the situation with the officer in question, so she just followed his instruction to move her car, even when the judge jokingly asked her if she threatened the officer. I think Judge Caprio misread this young lady because to me, she didn't have an attitude at all.

@@PumaLyn yes, A court of sorts but as i understand it , on judge Judy any fines or remunerations are paid by the production company instead of the defendants . That's done in exchange for the people appearing on the show. I think a good lesson is to make kids aware that they DO judge people by their looks. It's ridiculous how many kids believe popularity is about personality. It is NOT.

Everybody tripping over her clothes. Sure she could've made a different impression, but dressing a certain way in order to cause a certain impression is a form of manipulation rather than showing any type of respect. You can still lie and backstab wearing a suit, you know.

In any other court you will be charged for contempt of court when you wear like that. Courts have a strict formal or good casual dressing

I prefer being backstabbed by a person wearing a suit than a skimpy tube top. It's funny how we want respect for anything that crawls these days, but still when it comes to respecting the institutions that ensure our lives aren't in utter chaos, it suddenly is fine to be disrespectful.
@juanpennisi12024 жыл бұрын
@@Knightsthatsaynih I am all for rules. And also for respect. But rules are meant to make life better for all, and there's never anything wrong with re-evaluating current rules to make sure they still stand. Your comment makes no sense whatsoever. It shows your lack of observation and understanding. Institutions represent people, not the other way around. And dress codes have nothing to do with respect, in any kind of way (by the way, do you even know WHY she doesn't follow that dubious rule?). But I'm pretty sure you're to obtuse to even come close to comprehending any of this.
