A CLIFFTOP VEGETABLE GARDEN & MAKING PASTIERE FOR EASTER| The Positano Diaries EP 100

On Fathers Day I pop down to see Carlos father and take some fresh eggs. We take a walk around Zio Giovannis vegetable garden with it's fantastic clifftop view of Positano.
I cut my hair. Please don't try this at home and them blame me if it goes wrong! I took a fringe cutting class from here: www.jaynematthews.com
I visited Giosuè at the Paradise Bar kitchens to watch how he makes Pastiere, the traditional Italian Easter cake made with wheat grain. There are many many recipes online for this that you can search for if you wish to try and make it.
