Sending a big Thank You! I will sleep better tonight. I bought this machine 3 weeks ago. I was given a brief instruction on how to use the machine at the store. Those instructions quickly vanished after I got home. So I read the manuals, practiced hooping, downloaded a design using usb stick and stitched two designs. But still wasn't comfortable using this machine. But now, after this video, I am ready to re-start. I hate to admit it but I would wake up at night, worried about spending money on a machine I don't use. Please do more tutorials. This is a great embroidery machine!

Hello Gary…I have a quick question please.. when doing free standing lace..will using a 40-50 weight bobbin be a problem for this machine that calls for 90 weight only bobbin ? Thank you for you time and expertise 😊

For Lace you would normally use the same thread top and bottom. This is what works best for Lace.

Is it possible to use artspira?, Is it possible to use it on thick fabrics such as hoodies?, What is the difference between nv2700 with ve2300? If the purpose is embroidery, Is this model more suitable than nv2700? Please give me advice. Thank you.

@하얀망토차차 This machine can not be connected to Artspira due to not having a wifi connection. You can embroider on hoodies, it is a bit of maneouvring but can be done. Thank you for watching our videos and your questions. If you have any further questions, let us know.

I have this machine and was wondering if there's any way to see the actual name of the embroidery files on my USB stick when inserted in the machine. I can only see tiny images. The file names would be so helpful!!

Hi @user-bb9uv1vm7r You can change the size of the thumbnails if you haven't already. The only other way of seeing the filename is on a computer as this model does not display the file name.

@user-xx4wf9kj2t This will be a great machine to do words and names. Great size hoops and great screen to view your design. If you are using it for business, the hoop size will help with those long words or names most definitely.

If you are stitching over a colour, you would need to make sure you haven't unhooped the machine, go to the embroidery screen, select the symbol that has a needle with a plus and minus sign. You can then move forward or back by threads (select the spool with a plus or minus sign). You can also move forward or back by the number of stitches. :)
