I like this video. So you are in the filmmaking business. What kind of film do you make? B&W, color slide, positive? I though film was pretty much out of the picture. I can't find any where I live. Do you have a mail order store where I can buy film? Or do I have to go to New York and buy expensive film with processing service. I hope film makes a comeback as I really miss it. I have 10s of thousands of B&W, color negative and color slides I shot and need to digitize it. Maybe i don't understand but people refer to shoot film, footage and I don't see any old cameras that take film, like my Nikon F2A I bought in Japan. Please clarify.

Did you find the power zoom strange to use for stills photography ?? I’m so used to hard limits on the zoom ring with easy to see zoom markers, I’m a bit worried to get this as a photographer … thoughts ?

thanks for review my request and question... 1. have you ever feel lag when zooming lens? (i heard on some forum, they said internal zoom lens are sometimes there's lag when you turn up fast) 2. can you make a comparation on APS-C with 18-105 F4?? i'm considering to take one of this because after some though re-balancing gimbal because change focal length quite troublesome lol thanks before

I haven't experienced a lag with any of my zoom lenses. I don't think the comparison between the 16-35 and the 18-105 is interesting enough 🤔. 18-105 you get much more focal lengths at same minimum f stopp. The 16-35 you have a bit wider range. However the 16-35 produces a little better image quality.

I already got A7mk1 + 50 1.8 but I am thinking of getting FE 16-35g vs Zeiss 16-35. I am travelling on September and want to shoot landscape, street photography please give me a recommendation?

Hey man! I've never tried the Zeizz 16-35 but I do like this lens. If you are going for both street and photography and only want one lens I would go with a versatile zoom lens for sure

The Sony G is definitely an upgrade to the Zeiss. If budget is not an issue, go for the Sony G

If you had to pick right now, which one would you get if money wasn’t a concern? The 2.8 gm or the 4 g? I think I’m going to buy both to try each one of those out and actually see for myself haha 😂 but curious to see what you think, have you ever been in a spot where you wish you had those two extra stops of light or na? Also love the bloopers section! Makes me feel like I’m not the only one doing a bunch of takes haha 😂

IMO this lens was created for the Sony a7c. Amazing combo to keep the full frame package small

I liked it more on a FF tbh, then you really have a wide angle and a 35mm. For apsc it's kinda just middle focal lengths
