you finally got the look on the water shader correct + you also finally worked in ACES for pyro :)

@@HangYuriYangFX you can always tell if someone doesnt use ACES for explosions since its always washed out and you cant raise the emission without clipping everything to white, but you got the colors good on those pyro towards the end

Oh I didn't really animate the boat.. the motorboat was just a sin sine cruve. most of the time, I just search the top speed of the ships I am working on, and put them somewhere close..

Sorry, I totally meant the boat's interaction with the water and how you make the flip domain make the boat appear to have such velocity, as well as how the domain can be blender with an ocean modifier seamlessly. Of course, one key aspect I guess is some kind of force from where propeller is?

@@THSV275 It is not that I modify the domain to make the boat appear to be moving.. the boat is actually moving in world space(hand animated, normally from animation department).. the domain just follows the boat. For blending the sim and the extended ocean, you can give the shelf tool a try. It might not be the best example, but should give you some idea... I just use a different way that I developed, which I fully understand and controllable.. but the idea is very much the same.

This is absolutely beautifu;! Any pointers as to how you achieved that vellum grains explosion shot at 1:56 ? Did you add custom velocity to make that explosion? I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to add in a custom velocity into the vellum grains solver

yes, I think I attribute transfer some velocity or group select that area and then add the velocity in. and a bit of noise on top of that, so they have some variations.. I can't really remember what I did for that.. wasn't so into grain hehehe!
