Hi Pradip You do not need import licence for most of the food products. If you are planning to import small quantities, you can store in your house too. But need to inform your local council regarding this.

Hi Akash In such cases, you will have to get a written contract from your supplier in india that you will be their sole distributor. Also from the customer in the UK that they will buy from you in the UK.

Hi Tibin, it would depend on what products you are planning to import. Phytosanitary certificate is a very common one If you are importing spices etc, you will need more certificate. What's your products?
