there is technically no such thing as a complete guide since the only way is not use the internet but even that doesn't really work. there are a bunch of standard things like a password manager and randomly generated passwords that should be standard and enough for most. you cant get rid of fingerprints and they are not unique though

Hi I just wanted to shed some insight on the side having a master's degree I'm also a employee with a ISP I'm actually a vice president my name is not really Brett in all honesty you don't need a VPN it all it does is slow you down and give you such minimal protection things online you do can be easily seen from the ISP or experienced or semi experience hacker unless you're doing something illegal you have nothing to worry about even if you are doing something illegal 95% of the time you have nothing to worry about I'm not saying to break the law I hope you're not but I'm just giving you the truth that there are millions of people on the internet it would be humanly impossible to even gather data or track anyone at random let's put it to you this way you may not know this but there is a server department that houses about 100 servers they're huge blocks the machinery thousands and thousands of plates numbers IP address meters now LOL on my lunch break I'm going to go down there to hang out along with the monitor the security administrators we're not going to spend our time watching what you're doing on the internet out of curiosity I have and what I have experienced by watching people in the dark net is exactly what it implies it is dark activity something I don't want to talk about the teach their own so hope that shed some light go ahead and give me 300 thumbs up.
