Papa Walsh,if you read my comment,I had joint pains[31m],I got rid of them by lowering my training frequency to once a week,i do a simple compound routine(one set of bench,rows,press,squats,curls) nowadays with higher reps(~20), doesn't hurt to try it,you being a bit older it might be a good ideea to try training even less often than me(maybe 2-3 times a month)

I wish Claudia would work as an RN. The content would be so good! Honestly she could do per diem or 3 12s and still have so much time do whatever she wants. Plus, she only needs six months of experience in medsurg and then she can apply to dermatology. Since she’s into skincare she’d enjoy working at a dermatologist office doing facials, injections and lasers. I know nursing school isn’t easy and what she had to go through and pass her boards… hopefully she’s keeping up with the license renewal so she doesn’t lose it. Idk just a thought to consider.

Wait a second, Papa Walsh says that humans cannot travel to the moon because of the Van Allen radiation belt, but USA, China, Russia are mining on the moon? 😀I personally don't believe in ghosts and stuff like that, but this episode was really entertaining and interesting in so many aspects. They are a little wrong about old people and farting😂. Old people can't physically control it. Muscle walls in that area get more lax as you age making it beyond impossible to hold in. Think of it as the same as pee control. As you age, that gets more difficult too. Poor old people.

shrooms are wayyyyy less intense than lsd but everyone has their own experience. I feel like magic mushies are much more emotional/spiritual making you face your true self and can get super uncomfortable in that way. I feel if you go into it with the attitude of you’re gonna be ok regardless the trip is a lot less scarier because you had a positive mindset going into it
