It was Hindus who starting eating like civilized people...eating vegetarian food, yoga, created Sanskrit language, meditation, chess...created zro in the number system.....so on and for forth. India has contributed so much to the world yet in the world...yet West will never talk about it.

This was such a beautiful conversation! Watched this movie last week and since then I've been trying to find essay-videos and commentary but everyone reviewing this masterpiece is white?? and they just-- i'm sorry, but they don't get it. And I'm latina, so, i've been educating myself on Hanuman and Ramayana the last few days, but emotionally and visually this movie just PUNCHED ME; and as a queer person, the inclusion of the Hijra in SUCH A POWERFUL and stunning way simply broke me.
