On May 16, 2024, we had the distinct honor of hosting hometown legend Doyle McCormack as he reminisced about his experiences with the iconic SP4449 and the American Freedom Train. Doyle McCormack, who served as ORHF's president until the end of 2018, has been the engineer and chief mechanical officer of the SP4449 since its restoration in 1975.
