This is the type of restaurant that I would love to go to. The mom and pop asthetic look with a staff that is dedicated to making great food for their customers.

They work so passionately and caringly hard to make delicious food for their customers. It's amazing to watch them create their side dishes and meals. It's a very special place to eat at, and I wish I could experience going to their diner. Blessings to them who work so hard.✝️

I think what make this sort of restaurant special is the lesser of formality/rule when you're eating your food inside, here's chopstick, spoon and fork for you, and here's rice, pasta and thick sauce for your kashu, all in one plate. How you going to eat them is all within your free will. Just having a good meal in a small restaurant freely, nothing else matter at that moment.
Loved this episode. A tiny restaurant in a falling down old mall. Such nice cooks and loyal customers. I wondered if they lived upstairs because the video showed a staircase to the upper level. Long May they continue. My only annoyance is with KZbin. I can’t read all comments and there is no translation feature on most.
