For the record, UK dairy cows are not given hormones to increase milk production. Milk does have lots of nutrients, but as with all things there are alternatives. The real issue is getting kids to eat kale.

Agricultural scientists ain't dumb so there are likely benefits and cons that come with certain choices and I don't even know if your claim is correct since cows are vaccinated for specific disseases for specific reasons though I would need to talk to an agricultural scientist or perform extensive reading to understand why things they do are done

Trypophobia isn't the fear of perfect holes; it's the fear of irregular patterns/clusters of holes. For a good example, look for images of a surinam toad with its eggs imbedded in its back. That freaks me the fuck out. To contrast, honeycombs don't do it nearly as much to me; they're nice and regular (though a hive all crawling with insects still causes a bit of revulsion).

core blimey (in my top 5)! also as someone who has trypophobia, and the mental/physical response is different for everyone, it’s more like tightly grouped holes together, like the grid-like track tubes you’re driving through. OCD-esque looping thoughts of the holes, itchy/skin-crawling feeling all over, etc. it sucks lol!

I've hardly had any milk since I was on my own and my mother wasn't pouring it for me. I actually enjoy some of my childhood cereals more with soy milk which has a sort of "cereal milk" right out of the carton. Also lasts longer....when it goes off it just starts tasting a bit funny.

I had breast milk as an adult once (a lover couple of whom the woman had recently given birth) and (yes seriously) you wouldn't want to drink human breast milk as an adult. It is super rich, and delicious, but so full of fats and hormones. It wouldn't be healthy because adults aren't intended to double their weight every couple weeks.
