Their other channel is essentially "dead", so they have greater potential for growth. Unfortunately this is the case for all of the yogscast channels. Like take Duncan's channel for instance, he has 1.8 million subs but only gets like 20-80k views per video

Theres a facinating history behind the dune film and Id super recomend that people watch Jaworski's Dune to get the 'backstory' to it. Lynch was given direction of the film only after most of the work had been done by another director, and his work basicly kickstarted the golden era of science fiction film making. Its fucking awesome man.

What just a few people know is that a lot of scientific thesis are written in something called LaTeX, and no it's no the rubber stuff. LaTeX is basically a text editor in which you literally program your writings, MS word does that as well but in a more exclusive way.

I really don't like streams. They make me feel like I'm missing out. I've always loved the timeless feel of youtube videos. They're almost like little time capsules. Also the thing I like about gaming content is the fact that it's not too varied or exciting. It's comforting to watch a long format series and the banter is what sets apart one channel from another. The whole split of content is kinda strange and disheartening. I really hope you guys stick around and figure things out. KZbin has finally started to frustrate me. It's almost like they're trying to cancel out all of the stuff that made them great in the first place.

Yeah, while it's *nice* that they remove all the twitch overlay and stuff from the vods.. it also sorta feels like missing the point? It's not that makes twitch vods bad, it's that they're massive sprawling multi hour long videos that often don't flow as well as specifically making a short video I've tried the raft and rust ones, and mostly just had them as background noise.. I wasn't particularly watching them most of the time, which is the problem I tend to have with twitch content

Athletes are entertainers in a way- there is a demand to watch it therefore there is a market. Sponsors want viewers to see their brand so the more popular the sport the more expensive the sponsorship. Also most olympians (uk anyway) have state sponsorship for int stuff

I like the Dune movie. It was a brilliant plan with one fatal flaw, they forced it into a single movie. If it had been released today it would have been a trilogy and Lynch would have had more time to tell the story properly and the beautiful visuals would have more space to breathe. But yeah the shield belts are rough.
