I think you’d adore making what’s called a hindsight board- it’s where you choose and place photos from your own camera roll, which represent all the beautiful memories you want to cherish and keep from the year past 💗 and if you didn’t take a photo you can search for one online to represent it… I do this mid year and end of year. it’s so meaningful!! sending love, xo

Great video as always! I do not want to sound critical by any means, just sharing this info in case someone did not know. While making dishes with your veggies or fruit, or even potatoes, especially if they are organic, if you are okay with it, try to not peel the skin off - the skin acts as a protective barrier against the environment, and so it contains the majority of the good stuff - antioxidants and phytochemicals to protect the plant, vitamins, minerals, and also more fiber than the inside :) Have a great day!

Ladies, i highly highly highly recommend period underwear!!!!!! every month I'd be on the verge of vomiting from my period, I'd feel so so tender in my belly area,lying in bed and feel as if someone was in there squeezing the living day lights out of me and like there was a washing machine going inside me. By changing to period underwear a good few months ago, oh my goodness, i can get on with life, no nearly getting sick, barely if any cramps at all now!! And gardly ever get any clots now! I was on Facebook and a woman explained that pads are toxic, full of chemicals that actually can make your periods worse, heavier, more pains etc. For me, this was 100% true. For anyone wondering, the Pennrys/primark ones are the best!! I sincerely hope this helps even 1 woman! Wish i had them 10 years ago!
