A Couple of Special Birthdays ║ Hang Out with This Homeschool Mom of 9 │ School Week 11

In this video from December 2018, we get lots of school work done as well as celebrate some special birthdays with Grandma Kitty and Caeden. We helped Grandma Kitty put up her Christmas tree and we played games with Caeden and enjoyed a piano performance from him. We also make candy with Aunt Bethany, Camden and Hadley spent a day with us and Aunt Ami and Aunt Laura also spent the afternoon with us. It's the beginning of December so we start making our plans for the Christmas season.

I always enjoy your videos. So much fun to watch your family. When I first started watching you, Claudia was a baby like Hannah is now. She is getting so big!! I know your lessons are way past the letter P and Petey the Peacock, but I thought I would write anyway. Years ago my husband and I lived in Hawaii and there were peacocks where we lived. At first it was so cool. But when you are coming home at 1 or 2 in the morning, they would just stand in the middle of the street. Didn't matter if you honked the horn or yelled at them, they wouldn't move until they were good and ready!! It was so frustrating. Great video!!!

I was watching a video this evening when I got a notification that your new video was up. So I immediately clicked on the link to go to your vlog. I was shocked that the music was so loud and unlike anything I’ve ever heard you use as your background music in the past. I listened for a while and then I started skipping through the video to perhaps get past the loud music. I got to the very end and clicked on the part where Caeden was playing his music on the piano and when I had it paused the music continued. When I initially clicked on your video the first one I had been watching continued to play so I was listening to two videos at the same time. Silly me. I closed out the first video and listen/watched yours from the very beginning again. LOL

I love watching these, your family is so loving and supportive to each other. Though the lesson is wrong just on the fact that they are called Peafowl, males are peacocks, females are peahens and the young are called peachicks(Sorry I have a love of all things Agricultural related). Can't wait to see more of the school year, but no rush.

Andrea, I appreciate your "no big deal" response to the "one in the oven" situation. Once they get past a certain number of children, some women just have looser abdominal tissues. It's not controlable- even thin women will have a belly. I appreciate that you took those comments in stride. Your body is amazing and has done wondrous things. Loving it for all it has done is a great way to have peace with who we are as we change through life. ❤
