During 2022 and the recovery from the Covid years, the fact that all my family was safe, and able to share a Thanksgiving feast of our own....let's just say I know exactly how you felt at that moment. We also had ham and a small chicken (there were 7 of us that year) and we were so grateful and mostly full. Bless both you and Millie.

I am getting ready to launch phase two of my van life adventures and may do some cooking videos, seeing as I am a chef by trade. Planning on a cookbook, as well. I think more van lifers should show how they cook in their vans (or cars) and share their recipes with other nomads. Living in a vehicle takes cooking to a whole other level. For sweet potatoes you should cook them in water over the stove (cut and wash off), when soft put them in the oven with butter, vanilla astract, white sugar, cinnamon and brown sugar. But always wash them off before cutting. It's delicious. For turkey make sure you marinate in butter and stoke, including all the other ingredients it want get dry. Otherwise I love your videos
