Beautiful! I'm inspired to try this on one of my own fish I catch one day. Do or have you ever left a skin natural and not painted it? how is the result if you have? I could guess its slightly duller and less vivid. Fantastic thankyou 🙏💙

I was thinking about the colors, how it must be difficult to meet the customer's expectations and get a look that matches the fish as it was when freshly pulled from the water. My dad had a bass he caught mounted so I've always been curious about this process since childhood. Thank you for sharing!

Rien à voir avec les résines d'epoxy même si il y a des reproductions excellentes de poissons ! Must have been blanched and brined to make the fish skin toughened. The actual work must be even harder than it looks. There’s got to be an easier way. He may be the last person in the world doing taxidermy in this fashion. It’s unreal. True respect for fish. This is why Japanese quality is #1. Nobody can compete.

Nice video. Class work from the taxidermist! 👍💪 The fish looks great! 👏 At the beginning I thought he would put a plastic fabric or cotton fabric on the fish as skin and not take the real fish skin. 🤔🤭
