I've seen friction welding done in the past. lt takes tons of rotating pressure to accomplish it. For the size of the stock that's being welded here I believe that it would take close to fifty to sixty thousand pounds of rotating pressure to properly weld. I was a CNC machinist in life and this type of work was done at the shop I worked at and it was impressive. Then again what's going on here is definitely not reliable friction welding! 😜

Eso no está bien soldado. Hay que dejar que salga un gran borde de material fundido a cada lado en ambas piezas que sea mayor que el diámetro en la zona de la soldadura para garantizar que ambas piezas se hallan conformado como una sola por fundicion de ambas Solo asi se puede garantizar la perfeccion de la union. Despues el sobrante hay que eliminarlo por torneado.
