Yeah were right by where I live now in Tucson last week and right by where I used to live in Golden after that 😎 In Idaho Springs you should try Tommyknockers brewery and take a drive up Mt. Evans which you can drive up to the top of a 14er. Also right by your tattoo shop was Casa Bonita, a mexican restaurant icon! Cheers!

Happy Birthday, Mikey. Welcome to the 40’s. Great years. Your gratitude seems to increase a good bit. You slow down a bit and appreciate shit you maybe wouldn’t have otherwise. 40’s are great years. And not to be a Debbie downer. But you do have to start to look after health now. Stay up on blood pressure. And not to get super weird on you, but go get a scan of your carotid artery’s. Check for stenosis. It’s the arterial plaque that forms and could be quite problematic. My buddy had a stroke due to stenosis, and because of him, I went and had it checked, turns out I have mild stenosis, and they put me on a statin and said quit the processed foods and sugar. I’m 45. I been wanting to leave this comment for awhile cuz I see your diet and care about good people. So here it is. Much love, bro. Thanks for all you do.
