Just got home from my weekly trip, you (and some others) have definitely been HUGE inspirations, its been close to 7 months that ive made it a point to go truck camp somewhere once a week and I love every time!! Several years ago a popular Youtub'er said "If you are not breaking a camera or two a year, you are not doing your job as a content provider". Not that takes away the sting. But it comes with the job. I am sure the manufacture can repair it. Cost effective, who knows. Thanks for for videos. Always enjoy them.

Hey Quady, to help cool your truck down some, you should look into the icybreeze cooler. I use one in my megacab and it helps big time down here in florida with temps pushing 100 during the day. Plus it helps remove humidity from the cab.

You really need to get a package of disposable gloves and carry them with you when handling greasy meats. It's such a simple thing to do and makes life so much better not having to deal with the grease on your hands. If I was on the road camping as much as you, I'd definitely purchase insect netting and rig it for the opening on the back of your truck canopy. Sometimes change is good, especially if the changes are a simple fix making life easier...well it's probably the old man talking.

The only way I've seen success against the bugs in setting up a pair of lights, outside of camp, shining up into the trees. Bugs head that way instead of around camp. The dogs looked great and a little "nature's pepper" never hurt no one.

I am semi sorta new to your channel, i definitely like your content and come back everyday or so to watch a new video! I noticed you stay towards the middle of the states, have you ever considered doing a southern trip? Like Georgia, or Florida? Lots of old history here too, just have to find the right places. I live near Tampa, but old museums and old monuments. Like the Henry B. Plant museum, or the old cigar factory. Good Cuban sandwiches too! Also, i will add we have good fishing here, Salt water or fresh water 😃

Bacon is such a pain to cook on a campfire, I usually cook bacon pieces on a fork skewer but it heats so unevenly you get raw and well done parts. But hey its still bacon so I eat it anyway 👍

Mike I'm so very sorry about your camera, i have like 6 camera's lol, if you need one, a few Kodiaks, i love fishing, i went once and was reeling in, i thought i had a huge one, it was dark, but it was the end of the pole i was cranking on lol, caught me a large mouth once again just reeling in my line lol, keeper for sure.. that food looked delicious, love bacon... you just where tired, sometimes things happen, I'd eat it, but brush it off.. no wasting food... hugs from wisconsin ❤

Hey, I just bought the bigger version of the cooler you have, I k ow you gave a light in yours, do you happen to remember what it's called? Edit: Molson isn't too bad, I used to drink the Molson XXX when I was bartending, all my buddies had been drinking all night and I needed to catch up. Chug a couple of them at 7.3% and you can catch up pretty quickly actually.
