My family is so far ok. They have been evacuated from southern and northern Israel. I do have two cousins in the IDF. I am leaning on our Jewish faith to help me to continue to process everything that is going on. I am still in shock over what is going on.

My heart is so sad for all Jewish people. As a Christian, I have studied some Judaism since it’s the roots and foundation of Christianity. I always did a unit on the Holocaust when I taught fifth grade, and my students loved to learn about it. You are all in my prayers.

Chana, my heart is breaking over all this hatred and ugliness. There is true evil in our world, as we can see. We support Israel 100%, even though we are Catholic. It is so upsetting that, last Saturday, I was completely dysfunctional. I was "paralyzed" by the atrocities being committed. And, the antisemitic acts and protests just repulse me...I am SO sorry.
