What a fun and truly interesting video. 😂 You are correct Sonya, Avocado oil (and Olive oil) is one of the healthiest oils. The Avocado oil can take high heat , whereas olive oil cannot, not to mention Avocado oil has a more neutral flavor. I love the way you care for your precious family. You have great skin and your makeup always looks beautiful. Glossier foundation is more sheer and has a dewy finish. I really like it, but I have drier skin.

I loved this video. I have mature skin (57 y-o) and for a foundation I went to the Clinique counter and asked, just like this: which one of your foundations could I wear, that will not get in my facial lines and make them more evident? They recommended Even Better Refresh hydrating and repairing makeup. Because it is a mosturizing foundation, it looks very natural on me. And they have lots of shades. Mine is Ivory.

A mascara I really love is the maybelline falsies mascara WATERPROOF that’s the main key. I used to use other mascaras and after an hour my eyelashes would uncurl and not be seen. 😂 this one makes my eyelashes stay curled and beautiful all day. As a mom of two under two it’s one of my essentials to look like I slept a good nights rest 😂😅

Dear Sonya, you don't need a foundation, but if you really want one, I would go to sephora or ulta and ask for a luminous skin tint or even a nice tinted moisturizer. That just evens the skin tone. A lot of base products now even have nice skin care ingredients.

I always say self care = self love The 1st area that gets neglected often times when sad or depressed..Or to Busy. Love you before you expect anyone to love My biggest self care is my hair and skin care. My weekly hair treatments. I use black Jamaican castor oil on my eyebrows and eyelashes to strengthen my eyelashes and also around my eyelids. You looked modest and beautiful in your dress. You wore to the wedding.
