Even though I only found your channel a week ago, the first thing that caught my eye is the control and how wise your voice sounded. I thought how amazing it would be…to be in command and be just as ambitious as much as you. Like trying to wake up at 5:30 is something I could never do. You work so hard and the end results must feel amazing but I was talking to one of my closest friends about your video and you know what he said. ‘The thing is though, he doesnt seem happy. He seems to have all the things you would want to achieve in life but he doesnt seem happy. Hes jacked, he goes to harvard, he has a girlfriend, and hes super smart. But right then he seems like an empty shell, going through the days with the same pattern each day. And thats actaully a really good lesson to remember, you can be incredibly successful but not happy. I can only hope one day he finds something that will truly make him experience the joy that u and I can feel when we do or accomplish something we love.’ I hope more then anything that you prioritise your mental health and happiness above everything. And when to take a break and take a step back to take in the astounding things you’ve done.

I really can't express how thankful i am that i found your channel. I really admire your organized lifestyle and I have an unconditional respect for people who study disciplines as hard as physics (especially in univeristies like Harvard). I am a first year med student in Europe and the stress is quite high but i try to keep studying harder and harder (typically 8 hours a day) Now i have a semestral exam in physics in the middle of Januarry so i hope i pass it 😅

I went to Berklee in Boston last year and I had to quit and return home because my mental health was rapidly declining while I was there. Still, I loved Boston and the city is very deer to my heart even though my time there was pretty shit. I've been trying to wake up at 5.30 for a while now, but couldn't. I wake up late with a feeling of huge disappointment, a big failure completing the first task of the day, which leads to wasting my whole day and go to bed unsatisfied, tired and restless sleep. I don’t work out I use to be in great physical condition before I became a mom. I think it is so easy to lose ourselves especially when being a parent! I want my goals to be small for next year and getting my own treadmill is one, graduating is another, and working part time. No words can explain my grieve for not studying astrophysics. I'm a medical student but whole my life I've been crazy about astronomy and physics and was pushed to study medicine by my parents and society. Man I can study physics for hours and hours without blinking 😭😭😭 I'm jealous of everyone studying it 😭😭😭 I'm 22 now but I'm sure at my deathbed I'll be regretful.

So I recently stumbled across your channel and I’m glad to. Your videos feel so relatable and inspiring. Also the way you structurize your days and weeks just get me psyched to study real hard but keep some simple breaks for enjoyable food sessions or even a bit of gaming. Thank you for that. Just finished exams today. Currently I am just in a German high school but it’s hard to endure 4 hours of exams at the first time.
