Vladislava, when I go to your website, a warning pops up saying it have malware, and is dangerous. I tried it on my son's computer as well and got the same warning. I just thought I would share this into with you. I want to see you succeed in all you do. I love how honest you are about life and working out. You are a rare being in every way. Do you adjust or plan you training to accommodate your cycle, like lighter weights higher reps at the beginning, and then increase weights after?

Okay. On a serious note. I’m a professional chef. I would advise against cracking eggs with a knife or any sharp object. You run the risk of getting shells in the egg. Crack it on the flat counter top. It won’t push the shell into the egg.
