Yea their previous leadership from the Monarchy etc. kept them from being colonized! Unfortunately the young Thais don’t appreciate their own culture and want to have this Idealism Westernize reality and only talk about Western countries instead of other ASEAN Countries! They have no constructive criticism on how to improve the Bangkok and make it more social and livable but complain about other nuisances!

Guys, I am a Thai and I strongly recommend people come experience Thailand. Thai foods are fantastic and very very reasonable. Accommodations are also reasonable.
