I disagree. He is young and enjoying his summer. He is going to med school in the fall, and just graduated college with his bachelors degrees.

Your LDL is no doubt over 70 total cholesterol over 150. I would be willing to bet your arteries already have serious plaques build up. Look at bon Harper massive heart attack at 50... Etc I would seriously reconsider your eating... Keep animal products under a few percent of calories... And oil.. With children and family what are you thinking eating like that? Just a friendly suggestion..

@@jeremybuendia you can still turn it all around... ask yourself what is more important to you than the health, safety and security of you and your family? I take it the answer is nothing... Its then only logical to eat in line with the thinnest healthiest longest living populations (Okinawa diet, advdntist health diet, etc) I talked to rich piana at a trade show.. tried to save him. In the end his autopsy showed massive heart disease... Your kidding yourself if you think your artery walls are not covered in plaques... Good luck
