If one arm is stronger than the other, the stronger arm will typically be lower so that it takes more weight. So the weaker arm will go higher to get ahead and not handle as much weight. It's counter-intutive.

18:00 There is no 225lbs on that bar. It are 20kg plates (44lbs), so no 45lbs. Assuming the bar is an American bar (so 45lb), that would make the weight 221lbs so 100.45kg. Even if the plates were 45lbs plates and thus the weight would be 225lbs total, that would make it 102.06kg and not 102.8.

He did a bit with Juji. They went very slowly. I don't think it's dishonest to say he is a beginner with these lifts, he definitely doesn't train them regularly.
