Can't lie I clicked this video since you also use a surface book 😆! I love my surface book 2 Not sure if you have tried the Slim pen 2 it's a game changer I personally like it more then my regular surface pen. I used it for all the things digital art, video editing, gaming and so on. I too am a morning person as well.

I'm really impressed at your small break schedule! I always say that I'll have a mini break after 30 to 45 min of working, but in the end I spend hours infront of the PC working non-stop and when I get out of it my neck usually hurts because I didn't realize the uncomfy position I was in for hours 😂 How are you able to stop working?! You need to change your posture when you draw having your neck down is not sustainable. Keep the spine neutral lean over your tablet by bending at the hips to use your core muscles I would suggest getting a art table that can be tilted so you can rest your arms and a better chair with adjustable height. I also recommend getting the book it's not carpletunnel by suparna Damany
