These vlogs are so nice, I like the flow of it. It’s a very honest, comprehensive explanation of the things you do and post on social media. Great way to source short-form content for instagram and other platforms, the vlogs help correlate the place and time for all of your habits and foods you eat. Helps give a broader perspective of how someone could piece together all of your content/ advice for a whole day’s worth of living, and more! I’ve considered making a “gratitude checklist” that makes sure I observe all that I can in my life that I’m connected to, parts of myself and the world around me, so I can recognize it and acknowledge my gratitude for its existence in my life by writing it down and reflecting on each thing. I’ve had some wonderful lessons on gratitude in the last handful of months, one of the most unique experiences being expressing gratitude for my ability to be in the woods foraging for mushrooms. I reflected on the possibility of finding a couple species of mushrooms I hadn’t found before (lion’s mane and Chaga mushrooms) and how nice it’d be to finally find them, since I’ve heard others finding them up north here. Sure enough, those expressions of gratitude resulted in finding plenty of both species of those mushrooms that same day! Both of which are healing in nature, and I’ve been able to share that gift of healing with many others through my work. I am glad you are on that same journey working at the farm.

Your videos are so soothing, I've definitely rewatched them haha. Its so great to find women who eat well; also, I love your perspective on cycle syncing workouts! I think its a disservice to our strength to limit lifting weights to only a certain part of the month(unless you're feeling pretty low energy).

I get so excited when I see you’ve posted a video I love them!! btw I’m the person who asked about issues I was getting with raw milk before, I followed your advice and had a little less then I started feeling like I could have a bit more again and now no bloating at all and I feel so good so glad you encouraged me to keep with it thank you 💖

i was wondering what your take on sunscreen is? do you think it is necessary? also I’d love to hear about your skin/body care routine and which oils you use etc ❤️❤️

Hi love 💗 I don’t wear sunscreen. If you do need sunscreen I recommend wearing a natural one (can be made with just an oil or tallow and zinc). What I do is wear a hat sometimes to protect my face during peak sun hours and find shade if I need to. Over time, you can build up your ability to receive sun and I have a full post on this on my Instagram about everything I practice and recommend to do to properly receive sun. I wear protective oils like coconut oil on my body (coconut oil has an spf of 5). For my face, I wear a face oil that I make and have been making for over 8 years. It will actually be releasing on my website this week! It is made with organic oils that are deeply moisturizing, nourishing, and protect delicate skin on the face from harsh sun.

do you ever have the desire for a more complex meal, like say a spaghetti or bolognese or something like that? I eat similar to you often but i also like to eat healthy complex meals too. There’s no judgment i’m bringing to this question I’m just curious!

Totally! I love bolognese and other meals that are more complex, especially for dinner. But to be honest, I keep it simple most of the time. This day I happened to keep it very simple especially with a 4am wake up I wanted to do something easy & nourishing to be able to get to sleep early. 🤍
