Thinking about the worship music, growing up Catholic we have more traditional hymns as well. But the meditative aspect is one reason/benefit for saying our rosary. You meditate on the life of Christ while you also say the annunciation portion of Luke. Like some churches have a labyrinth for prayer meditation. All of these things are different ways to get it into your mind and soul! ❤

Watching my babies grow & master skills was one of my favorite things about being a mom. They would literally start the day working to master a skill & by that evening, have it down! Sooo miraculous!
