Guys, the way that you let Jetty live her best life is one of my favorite things about your channel. I get upset when I see a dog not getting the attention they need. AND, diving and fishing are my favorite activities to watch. Keep it up!

Jetty, like any true sea dog, wants to play with the dolphins. At least, that's what it sounded like to me. After 73 years I've got a pack waiting on the other side of the pearly gates, and that sounds like "Hey! Come play!"

This may be my favorite episode, offshore foiling, great underwater shots, lesser explored locations, fishing but not catching(I'm very familiar), Jetty the dolphin whisperer, caves, sightseeing, stories of rum, and the cherry on top is Sierra's smile sprinkled in throughout the vid. Thanks guys!!!

Google is great for learning how to pronounce Curacao. I made the mistake, like you, of saying it like I thought it should sound years ago when I visited Aruba. Many people do the same. kur•uh•sau 😉 Thanks for sharing.

Suggestion…if you guys can figure out how to take a medium size dive lite when you snorkel, you’ll be amazed how much more you will see hiding in the shadows and dark areas. You could attach it to your non camera hand/wrist. A lot of the sea creatures are hiding during the day. The sea truly comes to life at night. Keep up the good work and protect your skin !

If you see the birds feeding there is most likely a bait ball where they are feeding with the fish driving the bait ball to the surface. This is the place you want to fish. Keep the good stuff coming guys.

We are a family of 5 on a classic 38ft sailboat fulltime for the past 3 years. Thousands of miles and multiple countries later we are still at it. Our living space is closer to 28 ft once you minus the cockpit and the engine with the bow tapering to a point. We are currently in Guatemala and hauled out for maintence. We are debating if we are heading to Panama or make our way back to the US to get a larger boat. We currently have a friend in Curacao tempting us to come down, seeing your video makes another cruising season on this boat tempting. Our family absolutely loves this nomadic lifestyle. We are weighing pros and cons of the above mentioned options and doing our research to see which direction our family will move next. Our family absolutely loves this nomadic lifestyle.

Great Video. I am not sure of the cell service, but if you have it get Google Lens. Snap picture of any thing and Google will tell youpout about it. If it is vegetative or animal, it will tell you what it is. If it is almost anything man made, it will tell you where you can buy it.

Not to sound like a total nerd, but the name Curaçao has a cedilla, the letter c with that curious little squiggly mark, it's a Latin script that you see in other romance languages like French, Portuguese, Catalan and Galician. The phonetic sound you'd make would be a palative fricative, so like saying "Cura-sow." Hope that helps; class dismissed.

It's such a shame to see little or no active coral or plant life on the ocean floor. Those who didn't witness the beauty of the under sea environment in 70's and 80's when coral, sea fans, and other marine growth were active missed something no longer available throughout the world except in very rare places and that won't last.

Got this on the dolphins....Dolphins are curious and playful creatures, and there are a few reasons why they might chase boats: Fun and Play: Dolphins love to ride the waves created by boats (bow-riding or wake-riding). It's like a free, exhilarating ride for them! The pressure wave created by the boat helps them swim faster with less effort. Curiosity: Dolphins are intelligent and curious animals. Boats are new and interesting objects in their environment, so they may swim closer to investigate. Food: The movement of boats can stir up fish and other prey, making it easier for dolphins to hunt. Some boaters also throw fish overboard, which can attract dolphins. Social Interaction: Chasing boats can be a social activity for dolphins. They may enjoy swimming and playing together in the boat's wake. Energy Conservation: Riding the bow wave of a boat allows dolphins to conserve energy while traveling quickly.
