Hello Fatz, another great video. Looks like you have some goals to do for the year. Me too. A little info about me. I'm from California. Served 20 years active duty Air Force. I'm 60 and will retire probably next year with my civilian job. My wife is Vietnamese. Been married 21 years now. This last summer she was in Saigon and bought a house in Long An area. She is back in CA now. When I retire, we will be going back and forth between each of my homes in CA and Vietnam.

Saigon has amazing Air BnB but they are NOT in the high rise condo complexes. Some of the older remodeled buildings are amazing and in really cool areas.
