Pan de Coco in the Philippines is different. The coconut is mixed with sugar and is cooked inside with the bread bun.

I LOVE the Filipino Pan De Coco!!! Zap it in the micro, for about 5-10 seconds. Then melt, with the FLAVOR in your mouth. So good!🤤 😊

Do home testers get paid? It’d be a great side hustle. I have a lot of dietary restrictions. Can I choose which recipes to test?

No, you do not get paid. You volunteer to do it if you want, it’s not a job. Your reward is trying a brand new recipe before anyone else. It’s fun. And no, you do not get to choose what recipe you get to test. But you certainly don’t have to make it, if it doesn’t appeal to you. :)
