22 💪 I've just turned 61...Was big into weights in the late 70s and 80s then the usual treadmill of life took over...Just recently reignited my passion for bodybuilding and playing catch-up on everything I missed...What an inspiration you are Jay...Love the way you are pumping back into the scene everything you have learned over the years...Thanks for sharing 👍🙏

Glad to hear you are getting back to training after the battle. I've battled it twice and watched videos on patients training during and after treatments and that help me to get through it and after the treatments.

22 💪! I’m getting fit for 39, I found Jay’s style of training, high volume and focused on pump instead of focusing on ego boosting weights great. It has really worked great on my body and no pain or risk of injury whatsoever. Thanks for the motivation and sharing you wisdom with us Jay.

22 💪, 49 yrs old, was 350lbs, now im 290, been watching your videos and following a similar kind of diet, and ive lose 60 lbs and feel 100% better, i continue to eat 5-6 meals a day and heavy lift around 2 hrs a day, 6 days a week, thanks Jay for the inspiration

💪22 Jay and I are the same age. I have not worked out in 3 years. Your fit for 50 has been a huge inspiration! Dr. told me I had to do something different. I have watched your videos everyday and have managed to get off of 2 meds already with a clean diet and exercise. Keep it up brother, age is only a number!

I like Jays honesty about being bored and not wanting to work out weeks out from the Olympia, I’m sure in really it was more physiological as he was taxing his body to be a champion, I think people need to hear that struggle at that level. People try to go hard who have never went hard then feel guilty or as though the fit life isn’t for them, but an elite champion can share that struggle, it helps with reality.

💪 22! Crushing it for the transformation brother! 47 years old the day after you shot this. I train everyday because it keeps my head on straight. 30-60 fasted cardio. An hour for volume per group. Thanks for the content gentlemen. This one made the hour of fasting cardio easy.

💪🏼22 thanks for the awesome video Jay! I haven’t been in a gym for 6 months due to injury. I’m not even sure what I did to my foot and achilles, but the doctors had break my heel and shave it down and cut the achilles. Then I had a foot infection that put me back further. I have gained 20lbs of unhealthy weight. The good news is I’m back in the gym this week! I’m feeling good and the VA is sending me to get the correct therapy needed!

@@TheFame5000 thank you! One of my biggest challenges so far is the gym I’m going currently working out at. I’m use to working out in a really old Golds Gym, and it had a certain smell to the gym that never seemed to go away. I use to love it. Now I’m going to a more modern Gym, EŌS fitness. The gym is so packed on most days and it seems like there is a whole different breed of individuals in this gym. Almost makes me need to try and find a hole in the wall gym near me.

I just started bodybuilding again from a 10 year layoff. 9 months i went from 210 35% Body fat 5’8” to 205 9% body fat. Pretty sure I’m sporting 19”s but I haven’t measured. Starting to look decent. I’m 56. Jay you have recently been highly motivating me. Screw it let’s get big.

22 💪 I just subscribed recently. Going back and watching some of your older videos. Just got my arm day in last night and this morning. Hit my biceps hard last night and triceps at like 50%. This morning i hit my triceps hard and forearms. Arms are feeling good. Now about to go jaywalking with the dogs and get that cardio. Take care 👍

💪 22 The toughest thing to do as i got older was to maintain muscle mass. No PED's, just regular legal supplements. I feel that im working out more now at 59 than when i was younger just to maintain.

💪22: I have always focused on my lower body strength. I'm finally weight training my upper body and learned I also need to condition the strength in my grip and wrist. My respect has grown for anyone that has continued Bodybuilding long-term. I've learned Bodybuilding isn't just a lifestyle or sport, it's a strategic art.
