Hey! It truly is a magical moment when you get favourite coffee! Uhh really changes the mood! These kind of little perks at work makes you feel really good. The best part is that I can have as many as I want, owners don’t mind giving 10 coffees per day as long as you are happy☺️ Thank you for spotting such a moment in my video! 🙌🏼🙃

Just stunning to see how much you do, you bake, you lift, you laminate, etc. Those of us who are not in your industry always take for granted the nice bread and pastries… and seeing this again it’s a good reminder of how much effort goes into it! Hey Kris! Another super wow. Part 9! That pistachio paste had me drooling. Actually every bake looked super to me. We never get stuffed croissants here. Maybe in a bigger city but I have never had that. I found the whole thing great but your taping and explaining how you do the sound part was most interesting. Did you teach yourself to do that? Hello dear! I am so glad to hear you love the pistachio! They are if not the best then at least top 3 best seller, people love them. 😀 Yes there are a lot of unseen parts for video editing to be honest, long long hours on the computer, in the next one you will see more :) and i learn as i go, my husband gave me a strong foundation for editing and all technical parts :) See you in the next one:))

Would you do a video on how to achieve a bakery standard sourdough loaf, or croissant but at home without professional equipment. Especially interested in lamination of dough at home without a machine. Keep the brilliant videos coming.

Kris, estoy sorprendido por cuantos trabajos diferentes has estado desde que sigo tu canal. Me he doy cuenta que has cambiado de empresa en este video y es increíble como puedes adaptarte a los diferentes productos dependiendo de donde trabajas. Por ejemplo los productos que haces aquí no tienen mucho que ver con los que hacías en Londres e incluso el horno es de piso refractario y no de convección. ¡Que capacidad de adaptación tienes! Me supongo que será por esas ganas de saber más y de tener más experiencia en este sector lo que te hace adaptarte. En fin... ¡Buena suerte en tu nuevo trabajo! ;-)

El primer trago de cerveza y otros pequeños placeres de la vida de Philippe Delerm. Es mi libro me siento muy feliz cuando leo sus relatos es la vida como yo quiero vivirla. El capitulo que habla de los cruasanes es sublime que te parece si " creas un "Croissant..Philippe Delerm " una sugerencia mantequilla francesa mas otro producto como mínimo de Francia, a mi personalmente me gustan mas si no son rellenos cremas etc. Un saludo este es mi sueño..

Stunning to see u are the master of difficult bakery stuff. I m not so expert but use small knife instead of blade blade will hurt u. I saw u cutting something with blade thanks
