What a unique spin on a day in a life of a software engineer. Spent some time today watching other videos that are similar and none comes close to the quality that this has. Love it Rahil!!!!!!

Awesome vid Rahil! Even though I don't know anything about software engineering, I found your video very interesting to watch. Its kinda cool seeing how other people live their day to day lives. Especially since I no longer work in front of a computer anymore, and spend all my time at work in a truck! Haha. Keep doing your thing man and Happy New Year!

Yoo Rahil! I found you from Nathaniel Drew's Channel. 😂 "It's 9:00AM Get the Fuck Up" Haha that was mint! I appreciate the insight here into what it really looks like. Plus the workspace is necessary for sure 🙌 You gotta be able to change environments to change mindsets. That change makes a huge difference. Keep creating my friend! 😤 As for me (My name’s Ryan!) I started creating content on KZbin to help people live more meaningful lives. It really makes me sad to see people reflect on life and realize they could’ve done much more with the time they were blessed with! Watching others is one way we learn, so my goal is to be an example for others who need guidance on travel, self-development, and love in action! ❤️ Much love! 🤓 Keep chasing your dream and bringing value to your audience! 🙌🏼

Thanks for the video Rahil, and especially for talking about the actual work you do rather than just the food you eat everyday. I am a highschool CS student, I have a tech company offering me a job straight out of highschool (i.e. instead of going to college and getting a CS degree), but I have doubts about whether a top tech company would hire me in the future with out a degree. If my end goal is to end up with a job like yours, what's more valuable: a degree, or four extra years of work experience?
@rahilatre82033 жыл бұрын
Hey Van, thanks for watching the video and congrats on getting a job right out of highschool. The decision to go to college is very personal and is based on your current financial situation, the other interests you have outside of tech, and how much of the social experiences of going to college matter to you. From what I have seen from FAANG companies it seems that most of them require a degree in a STEM related field, (however there are anomalies where some people are able to get in without a degree or with a degree in an unrelated field). Having a degree in CS for example is only one step, and I do agree that work experience is incredibly important. The safest option would be to go college, and while in school trying to do relevant internships that hopefully set you up with a full time job. Hope this helps
