Since ulthuan is off the table I'd choose tilea because of the dogs of war and relative peace from anything other than human and orc

I feel like Tilea and Estalia are quite underrated. You'd just have to watch out for the capital of all Skavendom nearby

@@cryptghoul8408 as far as I know pretty much nothing happens in Estalia. Nothing bad, I mean. The worst thing they have in the "modern" times is an absolutely non-suspicious empty region not populated with humanoid rats.

ulthuan would definitely be better imo as much less stuff attacks you. Dwarf clans might not be so bad but you wouldn't be likely to live a life of peace, as you can't really avoid the stuff coming to attack your home
