I’ve been training really hard for my fight and it’s been going really well but I had a really bad day the other day got caught with a shot I shouldn’t have and I feel like my fitness is dropping is this because I’m over training I’m working 5 days a week 10 hour shifts then training after work for an hour and going gym 3 times a week on the weekends is it ok to rest as I wanna stay ahead of the competition but I feel like my cardio and energy is now dropping I’m also struggling to eat and sleep

Just signed up to a charity boxing event you’ve gave me motivation as I’m doing 10 Hour shifts then going straight to training seeing you work and then train tells me I can do it I would like to ask if you have any advice for nerves I’m very nervous but I’m committed and it’s been a dream of mine for a long time
