An ironic exemplar of job descriptions out there being posted, asking for all the experience in the world but not providing any - Clearly Jordan knows & has proved that skills can be transferred and the most valuable experience one gets is "FROM 'DOING' THE JOB" otherwise how would he have learned these things in the first place? As you say Kate; "Champagne & Razor Blades". Furthermore, as MANY Top Voices like Carla Harris (Morgan Stanley) said; 'Your HUMAN talent is your best talent' - Finding the right 'PERSON' for the job! Or... If nothing's being learned then people can feel free to trust the AI written CVs & cover letters. The heart and humanity has to be there otherwise these bits of paper are worthless. AI is great if you want quantitative results. It's case studies like these, 'conversations' like this that reinforce qualitative performers! Nice one Jordan!
