Feeling very lazy 😅 after watching this, I aspire to have the energy to go to the gym first thing. Also I wasn't expecting there to be 3 dogs! Nice video, I really like that the women's game is embracing social media so much and I think it's really helping to grow rugby engagement overall.

I read your article about trolling and the like and it seems to me that you have got a real grip on the whole thing. Hopefully your feelings will translate across to others who still feel lacking in confidence and help them find their own bodily bliss! Clearly you put in a lot of effort into the training and how you look. If that makes you feel good then what does what anyone else thinks matter! You should feel really proud of yourself. Sorry if that sounds patronising - it is meant as a total compliment. I also thoroughly enjoy hearing you on commentary - your experience and knowledge and your delivery make listening to you a positive pleasure. Keep up the great work! I am old and generally grumpy and (honestly) a bit of a fatty. Does this allow me to end by wishing you hugs'n'smiles and good vibes. Hope so!

I had a potential video request (im sure you get a lot of these though!) - i was wondering if you could do a video on sort of ‘what’s next’, maybe a 6 nations review and then what’s next for the different teams around the world, looking at who is qualified for the World Cup, the WXV tournament and any other tournaments or games for womens international rugby. Would be really keen to sort of have that info in one place as i get a bit confused :)
