@@AmandaTeaches Hi Amanda. I recently got a teaching job at a charter school. Unfortunately, they started the semester with a sub. I wasn't there the first day of school. This happened to me before. Any tips on winning the students over? Sometimes they bond with the long term substitute and are not comfortable with the official teacher. How can I smooth the transition? Most likely the sub is much younger than me. It is a middle school.
