I love Mexico from the moment I went in 2011. If you think there are few black people now...imagine how it was back then😆 No one treated me badly. I recall wanting a frozen treat from a vendor but didn't have enough money, he just accepted what I had. It was dark one night and I mentioned I was trying to hurry back to my hotel and a man gave me taxi fare so I wouldn't have to walk in the dark. The people are so generous and personable. Try that in the states. They'll be like, "What? No Benjamins???? Child BYE!" Mexico will be my forever home one day.😉

That’s something that I want to experience. I hate how we need cars to go everywhere here in the US. I haven’t had a car in over a year. I use public transportation and thinking about getting into biking. I want to be able to walk & get my foods fresh, daily. I don’t wanna have to shop once a week in bulk a use a fridge lol. I just feel the way we live in the US is so unnatural 😩.

May I suggest you get adventurous and use the Spanish you know, a little bit will take you a long way! If you're not already, take a Spanish class and get to know the locals in our language.
