This video does not accurately depict normal delivery routes. She had 9-bags (=100 packages =60+ deliveries) in this video. Reality... Expect 14-20+ bags =200+ packages =140-180+ deliveries. This girls route [in this video] is referred to as a "Sissy Route" They give you these routes your first couple days. But after that... expect A LOT more. That's where drivers start to drop/quite. *Also, you ARE held accountable to any damages that occur while in your possession. No you won't have to pay to fix it. But you may be looking at disciplinary action; depending on the incident [Write ups, suspension, etc.]

Sweetheart, first of all 9 bags is not an automatic equivalent to 100 packages & 60stops. Also it’s not everyday that one gets 140-180 stops, there are days where it’s slow & your deliveries can range from 80-100 deliveries. It was not my first couple days on the job to answer your assumption, I’ve had days were my deliveries were a lot & days were it was a “sissy route”. How can you say this video does not depict the reality of what to expect? When it’s clearly A day in the life, I didn’t say a day in YOUR life. Not everyone gets the same experience. thank you for your inputs. next time, listen to hear not to respond. don’t be so quick to try to devalue someone’s work. Have a bless day love.

I lasted a little over 6 months. I started Jan 22nd and quit late July I believe. I’m in MD. It’s easy work but when your stuff isn’t ready on time for you to load or you constantly have to rescue everyday it’s annoying after a while. I’m in school now for computer hardware and networking. Dang you must have a shitty DSP mines is great so far ! Got $100 gift card first week and $50 this week and got my $1 raise a month and a half early ! Does the Van have a GPS and a backup camera? Also, by the end of the day do you get to take the empty van with you back home or you have to take it back and drive your own car home? Because I use to work for FedEx Ground and they had us taking the box truck home.

The van does have both a gps & camera (two back cameras). & no love at the end of your shift you return the van at the location & if you drove your car would be in the same spot as well. Hope that helps

This was a nice vlog 🙌🏾 & funny lol. I’ve been seeing so many videos of people just complaining, so it’s nice to see a good experience. I just applied two days ago so hopefully it works out. I was only worried about being out at night since the sun is setting earlier these days and I’m also a young black woman. First of, thank you for tuning in love. I appreciate it💕. Personally I believe in God & practically be begging for protection! when I start to feel unsafe or even doubting I try to remind myself I am not alone. I do my best staying alert & aware! However, You’re allowed to carry pepper spray or taser. I can’t get them shipped out to me sadly Bc of state laws. But hopefully you can. 😊(double check with your dsp) Driving the van is a process, But honestly you’ll do great. After a week or 2. Just remember it’s bigger in size when backing up etc. For faster deliveries, I park at my first location, sort out like 2-3 bags according to my itinerary so when I reach the location I won’t spend time looking. You can try out different methods & see which works best for you. This was mad long but I wanted to be clear. Hope I answered all your questions love. Anything else feel free to ask ! You’ll do great !
