I like your EDC, I use a lot of the same gear. I’d consider looking into getting a duty belt, there’s some pretty good ones on Amazon. I wear one every day on shift and I have pouches for my flashlight, gloves, and shears. There’s much more you can get but it’s very versatile.

@Chrissy__B3 жыл бұрын
@@JazzClassof010 honestly it’s not bad at all if you have a background in healthcare. But if you’re coming in fresh no experience it can be very tedious. My school does adaptive testing and it gives you National Registry questions and rates your level of competency in every module. Initially I hated it but now I love it you are literally prepping for the exam every time you test so it’s not unfamiliar. It’s alot of reading and note taking because it’s kinda fast paced since it’s 6 months so knowing your learning style is a PLUS. Do NOT miss class unless you just have to missing 1 day can feel like missing a week. Most importantly surround yourself with people who actually want to pass this class it will be the extra push you need when you get frustrated.

@StacyStace4 жыл бұрын
Thank you queen ❤️ Study the exact layout/ order of each assessment checklist (on the nremt webpage). For me, the proctor used those during your assessment and check off each major point to make sure you completed the portion. Always address immediately life threats first, know the purpose of meds and the dosage (for each age too). During your class/practice always ask as much questions that you have and practice with your instructors.
