I converted myself from chef to ICT about year ago and I'm finding your videos fun and very useful. I wish you did these videos more often. Btw our G7s are connected to AD and they are best comparing to Asus w202n, dynabook e10 or Lenovo 300e... 🙂

I've studied engineering at uni years ago but somehow ended up in kitchen. Although I found success and enjoyment as a chef my true passion has always been in IT so I made decision to transition back to my original field and loving it.

Yes, no problem. The role is called Field Engineer, and the qualifications you have obtained are good. I started with first-line support to gain my experience. Field work requires both first and second-line support
