@@ichaboi6643 there is a switch on the side of your battery, if nothing is blocking your hands or fingers from reaching it you should be able to push it very easy, but if there is something thats blocking your view then you'll need something to push the switcj

Thank you for this video. I bought a Dell 3670 and ran into this issue. Replaced the CMOS battery because voltage was low on the one installed, same problem. Removed RAM, same problem. Changed the order of the two ram sticks and installed them one at a time, same problem. Unplugged the DVD drive, same problem. I unplugged the hard drive and the problem stopped and it booted into BIOS. Plugged the hard drive back in and it's running, but its super slow. Time to replace the hard drive.

My fan started making loud noise, so I cleaned my fan. Then when I tried to start the computer it just kept turning on and off again. I reinstalled the RAM, unplugged all the cables, plugged them again. No luck. I was a bit worried. No I freaked out. Then I took the CMOS battery and reinstalled it. Walah, it started working again. Guys it's one of those problems 1-replace battery bios even.if you think it has some voltage left. It's not enough for the bios 2- get all rams out and clean them using an eraser. But be careful. Also clean the ram slots. But carefully. Then plug one ram and turn it on. If it works add the other. If it stops working then that specific ram is broken 3- check all the cables and re attach them 4- buy a new ram or test with a working ram

Your video helped me get my pc working after replacing the PS. It had the exact problem in this video. I applied the exact same fix, moving the 1 of the RAM sticks to another slot. It came on as before the PS swap. Thank you!

It would not be the cooler. The PC would need to be on for at least a few minutes before it shuts itself down due to overheating. But back to the problem you had, I would have done the same thing, start with the CMOS battery then RAM, then Power supply, and lastly it could be the motherboard. It could also be a faulty Power switch, that you could try to short out the 2 power pins on the motherboard with a screwdriver to check and see if it is that

My PC sometimes doesn't turn on at all means CPU turns on, fans run, floppy disk comes out but no power supply to Keyboard, Mouse , Monitor turns on as it has seperate power supply but nothing comes on the display of Monitor. @@sevassinn So my CPU had a lot of dust inside it and after cleaning it, it runs perfectly fine. Although there's one issue from which I'm still suffering and that is blue screen error so I called a technician and he checked each and every hardware component of CPU with a software and he showed me that My Hard Disk has got many scratches bcz of normal wear and tear which happens to every Hard Disk after 5-6 years. So, I would recommend you to clean each and every part of CPU, change the ram slot if you want to and start your PC in safe mode, search for memory diagnostic in search and run it,it will take 30 mins and will start again in Normal mode and will show is there any memory issues or not. If the problem still Persist, then there will be some hardware issue like Motherboard, dust in Ram slots, Hard Disk etc. & then you might've to call a technician for that. I hope it will help you and one more thing plz don't delete DMP files from your PC as many people have shown this trick in some KZbin videos it won't do anything and your PC will become very slow after deleting those DMP file.

First one.. there was so much dust inside the CPU which didn't let the fan to run normally and there was dust in Ram slots as well.. and the second one is my Hard Disk had got many scratches due to normal wear and tear.. After cleaning the CPU thoroughly I changed the Hard Disk and reinstalled the Windows with the help of technician.. now everything is working fine.

I had issue, that the computer fans started spinning at low RPM´s, then the pc shut off, then restarted itself and did that again. I saw just black screen and anything more. BUT i took out the CMOS battery out, waited for 1 minute and made sure that all connectors are connected. Guess what... IT WORKED!! Thank you SOOO much!!!
