You should add a shower perch for your birds, but not directly in the water that way you can shower without you holding them, also side note whenever I have long nails my birds get scared of them, why do you think that is?

i had 2 cockatiels, an albino and a white faced pearl, and the pearl wasn’t the sweetest but we had just got her so she was still warming up to us but we owned the albino for 2 years and one day the pearl flew away when we found the food door open and the next day, the albino went missing also and everything was still closed but the albino was the best behaved and sweetest bird so i truly dont know what happened to either one of them

Ive rescued a male and i got a female theyre seperated mainly out been potty training. Ive raised cockatiels with my mom when i was a kid they had died in a fire sadly i wasnt there but your birds remind me of the kind i raised. Im now 27 been YEARS..Miss them so much and appreciate your videos ive relearned alot and love your advice and creativity. My babies are very happy my male though still isnt tame but he jumps on us and just chills which is great progress considering he was agressive. Just so appreciative of your videos. ❤

Hello! First of all I am so sorry for your loss, I know that they are in a better place in heaven!! And secondly I am so happy for yo that u got ur teals! I am actually thinking of getting a cockatiel as well, I am just 15 right now, girl, My parents are saying they are a big responsibility which I do know. When I was 12 we had a teal and he sadly died in 5 months....Do u have any tips? Anything that could help for getting a teal and any tips for keeping them? Thankyou

​@AuroraDream_sky keep viewing her videos they're helpful as hell got me back into remembering and keeps me and them at their best ❤ if you really really REALLY want one make sure you know they live a long time with the right nutrition always keep their cages clean and no scented or toxic cleaning supplies. They need companionship. And dont clip they're wings!! You'll learn as you go when you do get one just always always remember you'll have a best friend for life waiting for you and they will need you 24/7.

Takes great care of them alongside with me! And I forgot to add if your training them for anything don't push them too hard and patience is key!

That really helps, well for now, I'm waiting a while before getting one as I feel like wouldn't be able to give that much time due to other things sooo plus the fewr of them dying is stull so much, as i said i had a teal and he died in 5 months that was wuite traumatic so before getting another one i feel like i should be fully prepared..but yes, when I do have time, and everything I will definitely keep in mind the things you mentioned!!thankyou so much.
